I’m your host Nikki Foley, and one of my biggest concerns is that the industry often makes money conversations feel overwhelming, intimidating, and harder than they need to be.

The reality is that financial topics can be complex—and in many ways, they should be. There are risks, often irreversible decisions, unknown timeframes, and many moving pieces, so regulations and all the specifics are designed to help protect you and your financial future. But that doesn’t mean you should walk away from conversations feeling confused or afraid to ask questions.

My philosophy has always been that financial education should feel real, practical, and understandable. Because most financial planning really starts with a few simple questions:

  • What do you have?
  • Are you spending less than you make?
  • What are your goals?
  • Are the people around you aligned with where you want to go?
  • And maybe most importantly: are your daily habits moving you closer to the life you want?

Because small decisions, repeated consistently over time, can completely change your financial future.

At the end of the day, everyone has problems they need solved. That’s what we do.

Through Paladin Financial Talk, my hope is to bring you honest, practical conversations about the financial decisions you may face throughout every stage of life. While I may help guide the conversation, I’m also the first to acknowledge that none of us knows everything—that’s where the Paladin team comes in.

Our advisor team and Featured Guests bring the technical expertise. My role is helping make those conversations approachable and centered around real life. Together, we help connect the moving pieces so you can make informed decisions with greater clarity and confidence.

Financial planning is about more than numbers. It’s about solving problems, celebrating the progress you’ve already made, and building a plan for where you want to go next.

Happy listening!
